To initiate an exchange, Email us at yungluvindia@proton.me your OrderID and your reason for Refund. The original product must be physically returned to us first. No Refund request will be processed until we receive the item at our warehouse. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Inspection & review
Once we receive your item, our team will conduct a thorough quality inspection. This includes checking the condition, authenticity, and completeness of the product. This review process takes between 24 to 48 hours from the time of receipt.

Approval decision
Following inspection, our team will determine whether the Return is approved. Approval is granted solely at the discretion of Yungluv and is contingent on the item meeting our return condition standards. You will be notified via email of our decision.

Coupon code issued
Upon approval, we will issue an online coupon code equivalent to the exact value of your original purchase. This code can be used on our website to select your new product or size. Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for a single use only.
