1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yungluv governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By browsing our website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. If you are using our services on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

3. Use of Website You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site in any way that violates applicable laws, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, transmit unsolicited promotional material, knowingly transmit harmful data or viruses, or reproduce and resell any part of our content without prior written consent. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access without notice for conduct that violates these Terms.

4. Products & Orders All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — slight variations in colour and texture may occur. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are fixed and displayed at checkout. We do not store your payment information. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice — price changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery Yungluv ships within India only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days for other locations. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. A tracking link will be shared via email once dispatched. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Yungluv is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information. Re-shipping charges apply for failed deliveries. Shipping charges are non-refundable once dispatched.

7. Exchange Policy Yungluv offers exchanges for product or size only. We do not offer refunds. To be eligible, the product must be returned to us before any exchange is processed, must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact, and the return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 24–48 hours. Approval is at the sole discretion of Yungluv. Exchanges are not available on sale or discounted items unless the item was received in a defective or incorrect condition.

8. Coupon Codes Upon approval of an exchange, Yungluv will issue a coupon code equivalent to the exact value of the original purchase. Coupon codes are valid for a single use only, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, must be used within 30 days of issuance, cannot be combined with other offers, and are applicable on full-priced items only. Yungluv reserves the right to cancel or void coupon codes in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Yungluv website — including the brand name, logo, product images, graphics, and text — is the exclusive property of Yungluv and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct You agree not to engage in conduct that is harmful, offensive, or disruptive to Yungluv, its team, or other customers — including abusive communication, fraudulent chargebacks, or impersonation. Yungluv reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders for any individual who violates these standards, without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yungluv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
